When you feel like you need to take 10… just breathe, exhale and imagine you’re sitting on a pink sand beach sipping on a cool drink, while being fanned by the whimsical palm trees, and listening to the therapeutic sound of the ocean tides dancing in and out of sight. Ahhhhhh… Simply take a minute to breathe.
